ultimately help relieve stress.
The basic principle behind biofeedback is that the mind and body are
connected and that people can use the power of this connection to change their
bodily function and improve their health.
During the biofeedback, the trainees connect to state-of-the-art electronic
machines and see for themselves on the computer screen how stress and anxiety
affect their biological functions, leading them to lose their performance and
put their health at serious risk. The trainer teaches the trainees how to
become desensitized to stressors and achieve a lasting result.
